Join DuPage Habitat for Humanity and the Village Cultural Inclusion and Diversity Committee to continue Martin Luther King Jr's legacy of volunteerism.

COVID-19 News


The Village continues to place Covid 19 news on the Village website, including assistance programs and training resources.  Information is found on the front page of the Village website under the “Business News” section and informational webinars are posted on the webinar/seminar page.  The Village Covid 19 news page is here. and includes links to vaccination and testing sites, data, and resources for both businesses and for residents.
  • The Paycheck Protection Program has been extended through May 31, 2021 with an additional 30-day period for the SBA to process applications that are still pending. Read more here.
  • RRF Grant Applications Will Not Require a DUNS Number (the unique nine-digit identifier for businesses) or registration on SAM.gov.  This is a change from early March. The shift by SBA recognizes the significant demand for the RRG program—up to hundreds of thousands of applicants are expected.
  • The SBA has increased the maximum amount small businesses and non-profit organizations can borrow through the COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program.  Starting the week of April 6, 2021, the loan limit from 6-months of economic injury has a maximum loan amount of $150,000 to up to 24-months of economic injury with a maximum loan amount of $500,000.  Learn more
