Hanover Park Recycles! Sept 24th

The Hanover Park Environmental Committee is hosting the Village's annual Hanover Park Recycles! event Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 9am to 1pm at the Hanover Park Metra Station, 1975 W. Lake Street, Hanover Park.        

No electronics accepted along with: Paint/ Alkaline Batteries I Brake Fluid/ Needles/ Water Heaters I Air Conditioners I Garbage disposals.

Prescription drugs accepted at the Hanover Park Police Station.

2022 Infrastructure Improvement Project Update

Paving is completed on Church Street, Mulberry Street, Linden Avenue, Poplar Avenue, Redwood Avenue. Next step in this area is parkway restoration. 

Water main installation continues on Northway Drive, from Irving Park Road to the creek. Concrete work will start soon on Northway Drive (north of the Creek) and Beverly Drive.

For the duration of the project, residents will retain access to their street and driveway though minor delays may occur.  If you have any questions regarding construction activities, please contact Public Works at 630-823-5700 for additional information.
