Join Us for a Virtual Educational Session on Monday, July 28th 

The Village will host a live virtual educational session on Monday, July 28th at 6:00pm. Information will be provided about the Illinois TRUST Act and Know Your Immigrant Rights. 

Presenters will include Chief Andrew Johnson and the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic. 

This session will be live on the Village's YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/@VillageofHanoverPark.

Arlington Drive Bridge Replacement Update: This week, crews continued demolition of the existing bridge, which is expected to continue next week. Additionally, next week, crews will begin dewatering to facilitate excavation for the new culverts.   

Schick Road Resurfacing Update: The punch list is expected to be completed in the upcoming weeks.   

2025 Resurfacing Project Update: Restoration work is ongoing and is expected to be completed within the next few weeks. 

2025 Watermain Replacement Update: The contractor continued installing the new watermain on Andover Drive W, and will continue this next week, working their way towards Charleston Court.   

Fiber Installation (AT&T): AT&T has a number of fiber installation projects throughout the Village. Any questions or concerns about these projects should be directed to AT&T at 800-843-6581.

County Farm Road Sidewalk (DuPage County DOT): DuPage County has completed the installation of the sidewalk on the west side of County Farm Road, from Lawrence Avenue to Stairway Drive, as well as a majority of the restoration. There are a few areas that required substantial regrading that will be temporarily restored. Final restoration in these areas will be completed in the Fall.

Save the Date for Summer Soirée with a Disco Beat! 

Our 2nd annual Summer Soirée is only a month away! This year's theme is Disco! Come out and enjoy live music, food trucks, beer/wine, and the return of the laser light show! This year's event is Saturday, August 16th at Ontarioville Park. 

Bands include Starlight City from 5:30pm to 7:15pm and The Disco Circus 8:00pm to 9:45pm. The laser light show will begin shortly after. Free parking will be in the Metra lot.

Hanover Park Park District Update

This Saturday, July 26, the Hanover Park Park District is hosting Bark in the Park at Community Park. This event is from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

The event includes dog agility course, bubble play area, pup cups for sale, local vets, rescues, and pet vendors. 

Bring your pup and join the Park District for a tail-wagging good time!
