Known as the Illinois One-Call System, J.U.L.I.E. is a free service for homeowners and contractors to notify utility owners of planned digging activities to help prevent damage to underground facilities. Within two working days of your call, representatives from each member utility will come out and mark the appropriate location of their buried line using color code.
