COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR PERMIT APPLICATION

It shall be unlawful for any person 18 years of age or older to engage in peddling or solicitation activities within the village without first obtaining a permit issued by the village clerk; unless, they are exempted from the provisions of Chapter 58 Article IX.

CHARITABLE SOLICITOR PERMIT APPLICATION

The soliciting agency shall be registered with the attorney general as a charitable organization as provided by the Solicitation for Charity Act (225 ILCS 460/0.01 et seq.) and engaged in a statewide fund-raising activity.

"NO SOLICITATION" LIST

The Clerk's Office will maintain a "No Solicitation" list of those persons who request to restrict solicitation on their property by canvassers, peddlers, and solicitors. If an exempt canvasser chooses not to apply for an identification card, it will be the responsibility of that canvasser to obtain a copy of the "No Solicitation" list. Register Here.

RAFFLE LICENSE APPLICATION

It shall be unlawful to set up or promote any raffle or sell, offer for sale or transfer any ticket or share for any raffle within the village without first having secured a raffle license therefor as provided in Chapter 58 Article XVII.
